Our client is a well-established international company managing an extensive real estate portfolio across Belgium.The company offers a stable environment, a collaborative culture and the opportunity to contribute to projects that have a tangible impact across the country. They are located in Diegem and easily accessible by car, tram, bus and train.

• Support administration and follow-up of lease renewals, acquisitions and ongoing property files.
• Review contracts, interpret and gather relevant information.
• Manage correspondence and DocuSign signature processes.
• Ensure accurate filing and document management.
• Follow up with landlords regarding contractual and administrative matters.
• Support invoice processing and administrative reporting.
• Prepare reports, presentations and meeting documentation.
• Coordinate with various internal stakeholders and ensure proper follow-up of actions.

Profiel

• A few years of experience in an administrative, coordination, file managment or property-related support role.
• Exposure to property management, lease administration, real estate, notary or similar environments is a strong asset.
• Proactive; organised and adaptable personality, able to support different stakeholders and managers.
• Professional level French and Dutch, with a good level of English.
